Job Description
As a Residential-Commercial Secretary & Bookings Specialist, you'll manage documentation, coordinate bookings, and support daily operations to ensure seamless workflows. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will help drive real estate success while keeping everything running efficiently.
Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off (Mon - Fri, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Work setup: Onsite, Baguio City
Salary: PHP 20,

The Qualifications We Seek
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or related fields
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and/or Excel; strong data handling skills
- Residing in the Baguio-Benguet area for onsite work
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Desire for continuous growth and improvement
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to multi-task
- Strong collaboration skills to build good working relationships
- A sense of humor to bring balance and positivity to the team environment
Your Daily Tasks
- Review job requests to identify and source required documents
- Manage shared inboxes efficiently, monitor communications, and forward queries as needed
- Perform word processing tasks including building and formatting reports
- Book property inspections and coordinate with valuers
- Prioritize tasks and maintain an efficient workflow
- Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate information
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Upload and email reports and invoices promptly
- Support ad hoc tasks as required by the business
- Ensure that KPIs are met consistently
