Job Summary:

We are hiring skilled and passionate Chat Support Associates to join our team for a Gaming Ticketing Account. You will provide real-time chat support to gamers and users, assisting with ticketing issues such as event access, payment inquiries, account troubleshooting, and general support — all while maintaining a fun, helpful, and brand-aligned experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple live chat conversations simultaneously, providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Assist users with ticket purchases, event access, refunds, login issues, and general account-related problems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to ticketing platforms and provide clear resolutions or escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and gamer-savvy tone to represent the gaming brand's voice.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within the ticketing system/CRM.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Stay updated on game titles, platform updates, promotions, and events to provide accurate information to users.

Educational Requirement:

  • High School Graduates to 2nd Year Incomplete, should have 6 mos CCE
  • 2nd Year Completed to College Graduate, No CCE Required
  • Work Experience: "- High School Graduates to 2nd Year Incomplete, should have 6 mos CCE
  • 2nd Year Completed to College Graduate, No CCE Required
  • Basic Salary Range: 19,000
  • Stack Incentives: 2,000
