  • Prepare and assemble various types of sushi (e.g., nigiri, maki, sashimi, temaki) according to OOTOYA's recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared in accordance with food safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and inform the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
  • Maintain consistency in portion sizes, presentation, and taste of sushi dishes.
  • Assist in daily kitchen preparation and contribute to overall kitchen efficiency.
  • Comply with OOTOYA's hygiene, sanitation, and safety policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting directly with guests (if assigned to sushi counter).
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service.
  • Follow proper waste management and minimize food wastage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
