Hiring Position: HR Manager – FMCG Industry

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions within our fast-paced FMCG organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in talent management, employee relations, compliance, and performance management, with proven experience supporting large, diverse workforces in sales and distribution environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and FMCG operational needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, and plant-level roles
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
- Oversee performance management systems and employee engagement programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR budgeting
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- With at least 3–5 years in HR Field/Supervisory or Managerial Position
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and data-driven decision-making
