WFH HR and Recruitment Intern

Looking to gain real-world HR and recruitment experience—even if you're not currently enrolled in school?
We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR & Recruitment Intern to join our fully remote team. This role is perfect for volunteer interns, career shifters, fresh grads, or anyone curious about HR and recruitment and eager to learn by doing.
You'll get hands-on exposure to remote hiring, employee engagement, and HR operations, all while working in a supportive, people-first virtual environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment Side
- Help source candidates through job platforms, LinkedIn, and online communities
- Review resumes and match candidates to open roles
- Coordinate and schedule virtual interviews across different time zones
- Assist in posting job ads and keeping recruitment trackers updated
- Support candidate communications (follow-ups, updates, outreach)
- Work closely with recruiters to keep the hiring process smooth and organized
HR Side
- Assist in employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives that help build a positive remote culture
- Support employer branding projects, helping position the company as an Employer of Choice
- Provide HR support and coordination, including trackers, documents, and internal announcements
- Help with onboarding support and employee communications
- Assist with employee relations tasks, supporting a respectful and people-first work environment
- Jump in on other HR projects and admin tasks as needed
Who We're Looking For
- No school enrollment required – volunteer interns are welcome
- Open to fresh grads, career shifters, or anyone exploring HR & recruitment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working remotely and using digital tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Able to work independently and manage time well
Tools You'll Use
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) – intermediate level
- Google Workspace (a plus, but not required)
