is responsible for the overall leasing strategy for their assigned mall. This includes tenants prospecting and negotiation, contracts management, tenant retention, lease turnover, and renewals.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Prior experience with Property Lease and/or Commercial Lease
Location: Robinsons Palawan
