The Operations Officer oversees the day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring efficient tenant management, prompt resolution of concerns, timely processing of lease contracts, and coordination of building maintenance and repairs. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent service to tenants and maintaining the overall functionality of real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft lease agreements, contract renewals, and official tenant communications
  • Prepare building announcements, memos, and notices to tenants regarding schedules, policies, or service interruptions
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints with prompt and appropriate action
  • Oversee and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building issues
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely completion of work
  • Monitor lease expirations, rent schedules, and assist in processing move-in/move-out documents
  • Ensure all tenant records, lease files, and communications are updated and properly filed
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure building standards are met
  • Resolve operational challenges and implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues
  • Coordinate with accounting for billing, utilities, and tenant charge-related concerns
  • Support property marketing efforts and assist in the coordination of property viewings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php12, Php14,000.00 per month
