OUTBOUND TELEMARKETER / MARKETER

CLIENT: USA; REMOTE

SHIFT: NIGHT / GRAVEYARD PHT

TYPE: FULL TIME; INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Role Overview

Contact timeshare owners from provided leads, qualify them through discovery questions, and persuade them to attend a timeshare exit seminar. Success is measured by booking qualified tours— owners attending the seminar with their spouse, arriving on time, and staying for at least 30 minutes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls using the company's dialer system
  • Qualify leads by confirming timeshare ownership and handling objections
  • Book and confirm qualified tours for seminars
  • Accurately record bookings in company systems
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly performance targets

Requirements

  • Proven outbound sales experience (BPO or remote)
  • Strong English communication skills (neutral or clear accent)
  • Persuasive, resilient, and results-driven
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Willingness to work U.S. hours

Performance Expectations

  • Maintain cost per qualified tour under $185
  • Deliver consistent results after a 2–3 month ramp-up period
  • Maintain high reliability (attendance and internet stability)

Work from Home Requirements (Must have before the start date)

  • Internet Connection: Min of 25 mbps internet connection speed AND a backup internet connection (before start date)
  • Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a working computer from home with Dual Monitors
  • Noise Canceling Headset (Plantronics)
  • Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
  • Must be comfortable working with a Monitoring Software (for payroll and timekeeping purposes only)
  • Webcam - Contractors must have a working webcam

Job Type: Full-time
