About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist / Telemarketer to support our business development efforts with U.S. clients. In this role, you'll focus on generating leads, reaching out to prospects, and setting up qualified appointments for the sales team. You'll also assist in client follow-ups and ensure accurate tracking in our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and send emails to prospects.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Conduct market and company research to identify potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to keep them engaged.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand-offs.
  • Provide light administrative support related to sales activities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar role (experience with U.S. clients is a plus).
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Confident and professional in client interactions.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while supporting a team.
