Job Description:

The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting HR operations by managing, maintaining, and optimizing HR processes within the Workday system. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency in Workday modules, and the ability to handle confidential information. The ideal candidate will provide second-level support, run integrations and reports, and ensure accurate data management across various HR functions including recruitment, compensation, learning, and employee lifecycle processes.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
  • Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience working with Workday systems.
  • A minimum of 6 months of HR experience is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Workday System Configuration & Maintenance

  2. Set up and update Job Profiles within Workday to align with organizational changes.

  3. Validate Manager Self-Service (MSS) transfers, particularly Organizational Assignments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  4. Data Entry & Integration Management (EIB)

  5. Run EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) for key HR functions, including:

  6. Timekeeping and Absence data updates.

  7. Employee lifecycle events such as new hires (INT001), internal movements, and separations.
  8. Compensation implementations (e.g., merit increases, adjustments).
  9. Learning module updates (enrollments, completions).
  10. Performance management data input and tracking.

  11. Recruitment-related entries, including candidate status and offer details.

  12. Employee Support and Documentation

  13. Prepare and process non-standard Certificates of Employment upon request, ensuring proper approvals and formatting.

  14. Reporting

  15. Generate non-standard HR reports as requested by management and ensure data accuracy.

  16. Assist in custom report creation using Workday reporting tools.

  17. Integration and Payroll Support

  18. Run Payslip Integration processes, ensuring accurate and timely synchronization with payroll systems.

  19. Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for reconciliation and issue resolution.

  20. Tier 2 (L2) System Support

  21. Serve as Level 2 Support for Workday-related queries and issues.

  22. Escalate complex system concerns to appropriate technical teams and track resolution.

  23. Special Allowances & Benefits

  24. Manage and process Relocation Allowance entries and adjustments in Workday, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
