Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department.

The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and

compliance while helping to build a strong, people-first company culture.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives.

● Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.

● Manage employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and promote employee engagement.

● Oversee performance evaluation, training, and career development programs.

● Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

● Handle payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

● Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to management.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● At least 3-5years of proven HR management or leadership experience.

● Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.

● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

● Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

● HR certification CHRP, SHRM is an advantage.
