Ecommerce Supervisor

Byfina is a proudly Filipino skincare brand, and we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our online stores: Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and Shopify. You'll lead a small team and work closely with marketing, customer service, and our warehouse team to ensure a smooth, accurate, and engaging customer experience.

This role plays a vital part in driving online sales, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining excellence in product execution, digital merchandising, and customer engagement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management & Operations

• Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify.
• Ensure timely uploads, deal submissions, and campaign execution.
• Support account negotiations with category managers if needed.
• Maintain and update the e-commerce marketing calendar in coordination with internal teams.
• Willing to adjust working schedule for live selling events or other e-commerce activities, especially during evenings.
• Create invoices for customer orders as needed.
• Assist with legwork or cross-functional tasks related to e-commerce during manpower shortages.

Reporting & Analytics

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the E-Commerce Manager, including:

• Sales performance and revenue tracking

• Order status and fulfillment (e.g., placed, shipped, cancelled)
• Inventory monitoring (e.g., low stock, fast- and slow-moving SKUs)
• Ad performance (Meta, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada)
• Campaign/voucher effectiveness
• Website and marketplace traffic, conversion, and abandoned carts
• Customer reviews and feedback summaries
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support performance improvement.

Marketing & Digital Execution

• Work with the marketing and creative teams to launch campaigns and promotions.
• Run or support ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and marketplace ads.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and assist in newsletter development.
• Monitor visibility on platforms (banners, in-app placements, keywords, etc.).
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trends, and competitor activity.

Customer Experience & Fulfillment

• Handle customer concerns, product feedback, and inquiries to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate product listings including SKU, pricing, images, and descriptions.
• Oversee day-to-day inventory management and fulfillment tracking.

• Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to ensure:

• Orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time

• Inventory counts are accurate and synced across platforms
• Returns, restocks, and discrepancies are resolved quickly

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in skincare, fashion, or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Familiar with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, or email platforms.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; confident interpreting sales and marketing data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with leadership potential and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
