Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production workers and line leaders.
  • Ensure production targets, quality standards, and schedules are met.
  • Monitor workflow and adjust manpower or processes to improve efficiency.
  • Train, guide, and motivate production team members.
  • Implement and enforce company safety, cleanliness, and discipline policies on the production floor.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with 5S and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to address production issues or delays.
  • Prepare daily or weekly production reports and submit them to management.
  • Recommend improvements in production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
  • Ensure all production documentation and records are accurately completed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and quality control systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and production-related software (if applicable).
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when needed.
