About the Role

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives with a strong background in the BPO industry to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting a highly interactive two-sided marketplace similar to platforms like Airbnb, Car Rentals, and , serving both B2C and B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for marketplace-related inquiries.
  • Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Think critically and creatively to solve problems and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a BPO Customer Service role.
  • Experience in marketplace platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Car Rentals, ) is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to think outside the box.
  • If not from a similar industry, must demonstrate excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle both B2C and B2B interactions effectively.
