Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and professionalize our marketing organization across multiple brands. This role is accountable for ensuring all marketing strategies, campaigns, and events are executed at the highest standard while being grounded in data analytics and measurable ROI. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with deep analytical skills, ensuring that creativity and operational excellence are always backed by data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Alignment
- Lead, mentor, and instill accountability within the marketing team to raise performance standards.
- Ensure alignment of brand-specific initiatives with the company's overall marketing and business strategy.
- Serve as the central point of coordination across stakeholders, including executive management, sales, and external partners.
Brand Management & Strategy
- Oversee and unify marketing campaigns, product launches, and events across brands to achieve consistency in voice, message, and quality.
- Leverage customer, competitor, and market data to shape brand positioning and campaign direction.
- Develop both short-term tactical campaigns and long-term brand-building strategies informed by analytics.
Data & Analytics
- Establish a data-driven marketing culture, integrating analytics into all decision-making.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses and implement learnings to continuously improve performance.
- Manage dashboards and reporting tools for real-time tracking of marketing effectiveness.
- Utilize insights from CRM, digital platforms, and market research to refine targeting and spend efficiency.
Operational Excellence
- Create structured workflows, campaign calendars, and performance documentation.
- Optimize marketing budgets through ROI analysis, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Introduce new technologies, tools, and analytics platforms to raise marketing capability.
- Utilize insights from CRM, digital platforms, and market research to refine targeting and spend efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands with measurable marketing outcomes.
- Strong background in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, and digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar).
- Experience building and monitoring dashboards, generating actionable insights, and presenting data to executives.
- Proven ability to balance creative execution with quantitative analysis.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
