HRBP

My client is looking for a HRBP. This will be a remote / home based and full-time position.

Despite the company being WFH, they promote a collaborative and engaging culture and the HR Generalist will work with the leadership team to enhance this.

This will be a genuine partnering role with the business units and exec leadership.

Someone with an engaging character who has strong reporting [visualization] skills and can bring strategic advise and opinions from a people perspective to promote success of the company and each employee. Strong performance management, credible presentation skills, social media savvy….as well as the more traditional [yet essential] aspects of HR such as payroll and documentation administration.

Responsibilities:

Organization & performance development

·      Support leaders in designing optimal team structures and resource plans.

·      Conduct capability gap analyses and succession planning to ensure talent readiness.

·      Make an impact on employee growth, success and company bottom line

·      Own KPI documentation and monthly signing process, aligning with division management.

·      Consolidation of KPI and performance data

Data management & analysis

·      Use HR analytics and insights to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.

·      Build and track HR metrics and KPIs aligned to business outcomes.

·      Prepare data-based recommendations to improve organizational performance and employee experience

Payroll & HRIS

·      Own the bi-monthly Payroll process, using Sprout payroll system

·      Gather and ensure accurate payroll data from system

·      Act as super user and admin of the internal HRIS - Sprout HR system and assist employees with HRIS issues whenever required

·      Organize, compile, and maintain personnel records, enter new data, and update previous employee data in internal HR databases

HR Admin

·      Maintain 201 files and ensure complete compliance of employee documents at all time

·      Lead the new hire employee onboarding, documentation and orientation processes

·      contracts, for approval and sign off from the respective manager(s)

·      Answer any employee queries relating to HR and payroll matters

·      Assist in all aspects of administration and HR process where required

·      Own leave policy and communications

·      Assist leadership with policy suggestions and improvement recommendations to foster a stronger, rewarding & success working environment

New hire onboarding

·      Request and gather all required documentation from applicants to assist the preparation of Job offer. This will include detailed CV, full personal details required, payslips and any other supporting documents and information, as requested.

·      Prepare various HR documents, including new hire guides, job offer and employment

Employee Engagement & Communication

·      Work with division managers and promote a collaborative and engaging culture

·      Implement creative and innovative engagement initiatives for employees

·      Own birthday leave policy and announcements

·      Lead the internal employee communications such as newsletters, employee announcements, holiday announcements

·      Manage the employee whatsapp group and promote clear & informative communications whenever required

·      Promote company culture and employer branding through engaging social media activities and posts

·      Be creative with external & internal communications.

Compliance & Confidentiality

·      Remain completely confidential with all documentation and information you are privy to as part of your position within the HR department.

·      The highest level of attention to details at-all-times and in all aspects of your work.

·      Act as a company ambassador always with both internal and external communications.

·      Adhere to and represent the company's HR handbook, policies and procedures at all times.

These responsibilities are primary but may adapt from time to time, depending on business needs and directions.

Required experience:

·      HRBP background with proven impact on employee and company growth

·      Align company growth strategy with people and culture

·      Performance management process implementation or enhancement experience

·      Strong reporting [including visualization] of core data for employees and divisions

·      Previous experience using HRIS and Payroll systems

·      Previous HR policy management and optimization

·      Previous Employee engagement background

·      Previous business partnering experience with divisional management

·      Previous 201 file and HR / employee document management

·      Experienced in new hire onboarding, including creating enticing and engaging onboarding process

·      Strong internal and external communication skills

·      Social media engagement capabilities, including [basic] graphic design skills

·      Strong excel reporting and visualization experience

·      Strong attention to detail and confidentiality with sensitive information and documents

This position requires someone who has the ability to motivate themselves to work autonomously.

Previous WFH / remote working experience would be helpful but not a pre-requisite.
