  • Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to livestreaming industry needs.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with agencies/schools.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for livestream hosts, influencers, and other key positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talents in the livestreaming and digital media industry.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) and provide regular reports.
  • Train and mentor recruitment staff or assistants to ensure smooth processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Partner with HR and Operations for smooth onboarding and candidate integration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience; background in media, digital, or livestreaming industry is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and digital hiring platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Leadership and team management skills are highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
