HR Recruitment Lead

- Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to livestreaming industry needs.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with agencies/schools.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for livestream hosts, influencers, and other key positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talents in the livestreaming and digital media industry.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) and provide regular reports.
- Train and mentor recruitment staff or assistants to ensure smooth processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
- Partner with HR and Operations for smooth onboarding and candidate integration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- At least 2–3 years of recruitment experience; background in media, digital, or livestreaming industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and digital hiring platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Leadership and team management skills are highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
