The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our growing team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, seamless coordination between teams, and maintaining excellent communication with our clients. You'll be the central link between production, leadership, and clients ensuring tasks are delivered on time, processes run efficiently, and our teams stay supported.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Assist in scheduling, tracking, and monitoring ongoing projects across design, animation, and development squads.
- Update and maintain task boards and project management tools.
Prepare project progress reports for internal leadership and clients.
Team Support
Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Assist with onboarding new hires by ensuring smooth integration into the team and systems.
Operations Management
Support the Production Manager in managing internal processes, reporting, and documentation.
- Handle basic administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, and internal communications.
Monitor resource allocation and flag potential bottlenecks early.
Client Communication
Assist in client updates, including preparation of reports and meeting summaries.
- Help coordinate feedback loops between clients and production teams.
- Maintain a professional and positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support.
Experience in a creative agency, tech company, or startup environment is a plus.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
