Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure timely and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Manage and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies within the warehouse.
  • Oversee the accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of products, ensuring all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure proper storage and handling of goods to avoid loss or damage.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including stock movements, incoming and outgoing shipments, and returns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise in the warehouse.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to warehouse performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php26, Php28,000.00 per month
