A human resources supervisor, is primarily responsible for the smooth delivery of basic HR services; plans, develops and implements programs and activities to enhance overall associates' discipline and engagement, while ensuring compliance of company employment policies and practices with relevant employment regulations. Also, you will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department and other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Human Resource, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations, or any related field.
  • With at least 1 year of HR supervisory experience.
  • Must be very knowledgeable and relevant exposure with up-to-date Labor Laws, Benefits & Compliance requirements, Payroll, Policy Implementation & Discipline management, Employee Engagement, Recruitment and Performance management.
  • Ensures that the company policies are aligned and updated with the current government and local requirements.
  • Can manage minor and major employee concerns.
  • Facilitates resolution of employee-related grievances or issues.
  • Flexible, with high integrity, trustworthy.
  • Provide clerical and admin support to Human Resource Department.
  • Excellent in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Can perform other assigned duties.
  • Applicant must be willing to work on-site at Technopark, Dasmarinas City, Cavite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
