Job Summary:

The IT Staff is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and providing technical support for the company' HRIS and in-house systems. The role ensures smooth system operations timely troubleshooting, and consistent implementation of IT standards across the organization.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the Company System to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups
  • Troubleshoot system errors, bugs, and performance issues.
  • Coordinate with system developers or vendors for unresolved technical concerns.
  • Monitor, maintain, and update the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Assist HR in encoding, updating, and validating data within the HRIS.
  • Ensure system accuracy, data integrity, and security compliance.
  • Provide support for HRIS-related concerns and user issues.
  • Respond to technical inquiries from employees regarding system access, function, or issues.
  • Assist with basic hardware and software troubleshooting if related to system performance.
  • Provide orientation or training to staff on proper system usage, when needed.
  • Document system issues, resolutions, and updates.
  • Prepare regular reports on system performance, updates, and incidents.
  • Maintain logs of system activities, access, and configurations.
  • Work closely with HR and other departments to optimize system usage and efficiency.
  • Recommend improvements or enhancements for HRIS and Company System.
  • Assist in implementing IT policies, data security measures, and system upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in system support, HRIS administrative, or IT technical support is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in database management, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
