Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and packages.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Administrative Support

  • Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and encoding.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing meeting rooms.

Coordination & Office Support

  • Liaise with couriers, vendors, and service providers for deliveries and office needs.
  • Assist in booking travel arrangements or meeting logistics when required.
  • Help with small-scale company activities or employee events as needed.
