Branch Clinic Receptionist

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
A Front Desk & Customer Service:
Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, operating hours, dentist's schedules, and procedures.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff or departments.
Handle patient complaints or concerns politely and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Appointment Scheduling & Patient Coordination:
Schedule and confirm patient appointments through the clinic system.
Manage walk-in patients and ensure proper queuing and prioritization.
Inform patients of estimated waiting times and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Administrative & Clerical Tasks:
Maintain and organize patient records, registration forms, and other documents.
Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of patient information in compliance with data privacy laws.
Monitor and replenish front office supplies (e.g., forms, pens, bond paper, printer ink, patient pantry supplies).
Prepare and submit daily sales reports (e.g., Daily sales Excel report, Dentists Commi, Patient Attendance for tomorrow, Patient Attendance Log sheet, Patient counting, my dental clinic App).
Billing and Payments:
Process patient billing and payments (cash, credit & debit card, Gcash, Maya, HMO, insurance).
Issue official receipts and keep records of daily transactions.
Assist in verifying HMO or insurance coverage when applicable.
Coordination & Communication:
Coordinate with dentists,Dental Assistants, and other departments regarding patient schedules or concerns.
Relay accurate information between patients and clinic staff.
Communicate any operational issues to the Branch Clinic Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 years College Graduate of any related course
- Unit 203 2F, Sycamore Arcade, Alabang Zapote Rd. Brgy. Cupang, Muntinlupa City
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18,070.00 per month
