We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Manager to lead our technical operations and drive innovation across our organization. This role involves overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology systems, ensuring they align with business goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional technical teams.
  • Provide strategic direction for IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration.
  • Design and implement technology solutions that support business growth.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Ensure network and data security in collaboration with the IT team.
  • Manage IT budgets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
  • Coordinate with project managers to align technical execution with business timelines.
  • Oversee system architecture and ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Train staff on hardware/software usage and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity tools, and enterprise software systems is a strong advantage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT operations or technical support roles.
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, leading technical teams.
  • Experience in work scheduling, performance monitoring, and training IT staff.
  • Prior experience in managing IT infrastructure or service delivery in a System Integrator setting is preferred.
  • Ability to establish and enforce SOPs for IT operations, security, and service quality.
  • Certifications in ITIL, PMP, Agile, or related disciplines are a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in technical environments.
  • Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills.
