WHAT YOU'LL DO Technical Account Manager

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact to strategic customers, ensuring smooth integration and deployment of embedded solutions.
  • Support system architecture and design across performance-driven and safety-focused environments.
  • Guide clients in achieving security, reliability, and performance objectives through strong technical support and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights that influence product direction.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Electrical/Electroics Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Physics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in embedded systems, technical account management, or field application engineering.
  • Strong techincal background in Embedded RTOS concepts, real-time scheduling, and low-level software development.
  • Proven expertise in Safety-crticital software development and knowledge in DO-178C certification process.
  • Familiarity with POSIX-compliant and real-time Linux envrionements.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and experience with ARM, PowerPC, or x86 embedded architectures.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience in arespace, defense, automotive, or industrial safety- critical domains.
  • Strong technical background in Type 1 hypervisors, separation kernels, partitioned architectures (ARINC-653), Embedded graphics and Vulkan safety-crtitical frameworks.
  • Familiarity with secure boot, virtualization security, and multi-core system isolation.
  • Exposure to certification toolchains, traceability systems, and safety documentation processes
