About The Role
We are looking for
IT Support
to join our team This role focuses on managing digital records, ensuring system security, and coordinating IT-related logistics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in maintaining data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and secure individual records, system logs, and digital certificates.
- Implement IT security policies and conduct routine system inspections.
- Update digital records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Identify and resolve workflow and system-related issues as needed.
- Provide technical support for online and in-person system operations.
- Assist in coordination tasks during system-related activities and training.
- Submit weekly reports to the IT and Document Control Supervisor.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT and Document Control Supervisor and Management.
What Were Looking For
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT coordination, data security, technical support, or administrative IT functions.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management, and IT support tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in IT coordination, data security, or administrative support is a plus.
