Ecommerce Associate

Location: Onsite – Grace Park, Caloocan City

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

We're Hiring: E-commerce Associate (Shopee Operations)

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Associate to handle returns, refunds, and customer service for our Shopee stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor Shopee return/refund cases
• Handle customer inquiries via chat
• Check returned items and update records
• Coordinate and process refunds following company policies
• Track all cases using Google Sheets
• Prepare reports for the Shopee Operations Manager
• Assist with other e-commerce tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Organized, efficient, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Knows how to use Google Sheets and basic Canva
• Familiar with ChatGPT
• Can follow instructions accurately
• Has a positive and proactive attitude
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Salary: Negotiable

Accommodation: Available for applicants relocating from the province (minimal weekly fee)
