General Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the "Community Management" on all social media channels of the company
  • Assist in the creation and management of innovative and engaging social media projects or campaigns
  • Assist in the writing of creative copy and adjust voice or tone from project to project, including but not limited to related captions or taglines
  • Timely preparation, posting, and boosting of approved content to all the company's official social media accounts
  • In charge of monitoring the performance of posted materials for reporting and analytics
  • Assist in the building and maintenance of a "Content Calendar," including, but not limited to, providing suggestions for content creation, themes, strategies, and campaigns with corresponding timelines for each project or campaign
  • Assist in the updating and maintenance of the image and video inventories for use in the development of creative materials
  • Act as liaison and provide representation in support of the Brand Lead, or in the event that the Brand Lead is unavailable to attend meetings, discussions, events, briefings, or forums
  • Provide representation for Brand, with the approval of the Brand Lead, in support of the following activities: trade shows, car shows, car club events, motoring events, and job fairs
  • Other events that the management may elect to support without prior notice
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Digital Marketing or related program
  • Thorough knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube

Skills/Experience:

  • Ability to execute creative material with corresponding and appropriate messaging that will be communicated clearly to its target audience
  • Eager to keep abreast of social media innovations, including but not limited to popular social media trends and new software developments
  • Administratively efficient and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent liaison and relationship-building skills
