Job Details:

The Social Content Coordinator will play a key role in managing and creating content across the client's social media platforms. This role is responsible for producing engaging, on-brand content that builds community, strengthens brand presence, and drives customer and tasker engagement. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about storytelling through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

  • Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging visuals, videos, and copy tailored for each channel

  • Monitor social media performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations

  • Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner

  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure fresh and relevant content strategies

  • Assist in coordinating influencer or partnership campaigns when required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field

  • 3 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or content creation

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to brand voice

  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)

  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) are a plus

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media insights and optimise performance

  • Highly organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail
