A leading global beauty brand is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator. If you're passionate about creating great customer experiences, managing escalations, and improving service processes, this role might be perfect for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle escalated or complex customer cases with efficiency and care.
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve internal processes.
  • Maintain and develop Knowledge Base articles and FAQs.
  • Conduct daily quality assurance reviews..
  • Provide backup support for email, calls, order processing, returns, and registrations.
  • Prepare reports
  • To be task leader for assisting to handle sales compliance issue - respond, review, plan and take action to resolve

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four years program
  • With 1–2 years of experience in customer service
  • Experience in sales, logistics, or supply chain is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments
