The Customer Service Supervisor – Trade & HORECA Sales is responsible for leading and managing the customer service team to deliver high-quality support to both Trade and HORECA clients, as well as internal stakeholders. The role involves overseeing telemarketing, account management, payment collection, order processing, and logistics coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth sales operations across both channels.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service and Team Leadership

  1. Supervise the customer service team to maintain excellent service standards for Trade and HORECA clients

  2. Oversee outbound telemarketing and client follow-ups to strengthen customer engagement.

  3. Manage key accounts and monitor payment collections for pickup and delivery clients.

  4. Collaborate with Sales Representatives in both channels to follow up on customer orders and inquiries.

Order Management and Systems Operations

  1. Create and process Sales Orders (SO) and Transfer Orders (TO) in NetSuite for Trade and HORECA clients.

  2. Ensure timely order entry from external storage (Manila & Provincial).

  3. Monitor GSO references for order tracking and fulfillment.

  4. Communicate inventory levels and price updates to sales teams and clients.

Logistics and Coordination

  1. Track and manage pickup and delivery schedules for Trade and HORECA transactions.

  2. Prepare shipping permits and commission requests when required.

  3. Print and provide Sales Order Receipts and Sales Invoices (SI) as needed.

  4. Maintain accurate records of external transactions and support documentation for invoicing purposes.
