About the Role

We're hiring Service Coordinators who are excellent in English communication and enjoy handling customer interactions in a fast-paced support setup. If you have experience in BPO voice, customer care, or technical support, this is your chance to transition into the MSP industry—where learning, structure, and career development are part of everyday work.

What You'll Do

  • Handle incoming calls and route them to the right engineers
  • Prioritize VIP callers and ensure smooth queue management
  • Verify contact details and create/assign tickets accurately
  • Assist with warm transfers to available techs through Dialpad
  • Help maintain a polished and customer-friendly service experience

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent English communication (voice support experience is a plus)
  • Background in CSR / TSR / Service Desk / BPO voice support (at least 1 year experience)
  • Comfortable working night shift (US Hours)
  • Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig
