About the Role:

We are looking for an accomplished and results-driven Project Development Manager with solid experience in the construction and property development industry. This role is responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle — from planning and design coordination to execution, delivery, and turnover. The ideal candidate must have strong field exposure, technical competence, and leadership to drive the success of multiple development projects.

CORE FUNCTIONS

Oversee end-to-end project development — from conceptual planning, feasibility studies, permits, and budgeting to construction implementation and project completion.

Lead and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure compliance with design, quality, safety, and timeline standards.

Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and resources, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.

Prepare and present progress reports, updates, and recommendations to top management.

Ensure regulatory compliance with local permits, environmental standards, and construction laws.

Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence across all project teams.

100% of projects delivered within target timeline and budget

Zero major quality or safety violations during construction

100% compliance with permits and regulatory requirements

Client and management satisfaction rating ≥ 90%

Reduction in project rework or variation orders by at least 10% quarterly

Regular project reports submitted on or before deadline
