Project Manager in Mabuhay Tower IT Park, Cebu City (BE Residences)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver mid- to large-scale construction projects from planning through completion. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards—while fostering strong collaboration with Quantity Surveyors, contractors, and stakeholders.

As the primary point of contact between top management, clients, and the project technical group, the Project Manager provides leadership, risk management, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Project Execution Plan (PEP) across scope, cost, time, quality, risk, and resources.
  • Oversee in-house Construction/Quantity Surveying teams and third-party contractors.
  • Lead regular project meetings, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and update top management.
  • Supervise trade contractors, construction managers, and QS teams to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Partner with the Quantity Surveyor team on cost control, budget planning, and value engineering.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure strict quality assurance and compliance with company standards.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company in projects, community activities, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction or related industries.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in managing mid- to large-scale projects with strong financial acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
