JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the accurate processing, updating, and monitoring of all government-mandated contributions, loans, and employee benefit claims (SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG), including timely submission of reports and monthly remittances. Ensures full compliance with government regulatory requirements and supports employees in their statutory benefit transactions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESA. Government-Mandated Benefits Processing

  • Handles employee enrollment, updates, and record changes for:
  • SSS
  • PhilHealth
  • Pag-IBIG (HDMF)
  • Processes and monitors applications and status of:
  • SSS Loans, Salary Loans, Maternity Benefits, Sickness Benefits
  • Pag-IBIG Loans (MPL, Calamity Loan, Housing)
  • PhilHealth Claims inquiries
  • Ensures accurate and timely posting and remittance of monthly contributions.
  • Coordinates with government agencies for concerns, compliance updates, and resolution of issues.

B. Remittances & Reporting

  • Prepares monthly contribution reports and ensures on-time submission through:
  • SSS R3 / Contribution Collection List
  • PhilHealth ER-2 / Contribution Reports
  • Pag-IBIG MCRF / Electronic Submission
  • Ensures correct reconciliation of contributions vs. payroll deductions.
  • Generates and maintains remittance summaries for audit and reference.

C. Record Maintenance and Documentation

  • Maintains up-to-date records of employee government IDs, membership numbers, contribution summaries, and loan balances.
  • Ensures accuracy of employee data in payroll and statutory systems.
  • Files and safeguards mandatory benefit documents in adherence to data privacy and confidentiality standards.

D. Employee Assistance / Helpdesk

  • Assists employees in:
  • Membership registration
  • Retrieving contribution records
  • Loan and claim filing instructions
  • Provides clear and timely communication on government process requirements and timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Preferably with experience in processing SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG transactions.
  • Familiar with SSS Employer Portal, PhilHealth EPRS, Pag-IBIG Virtual Pag-IBIG.
  • Detail-oriented and can work with confidential information.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
