
Human Resource and Administration Intern

Job Description:
As an HR and Admin Intern at Ally Techno Grit Solutions Corporation, you will be given the opportunity to gain practical experience in human resource management and administrative functions in a fully virtual setting. You will assist in various tasks, such as recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, records management, and other administrative duties. This internship is designed to provide exposure to real-world HR operations, corporate job experience, and the development of key professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and orientation.
- Help in organizing and maintaining employee records and documents.
- Assist in monitoring employee attendance, performance tracking, and leave management.
- Participate in the development of training materials and employee engagement activities.
- Provide support in administrative tasks such as email correspondence, data entry, and report generation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve processes and contribute ideas for the improvement of virtual HR operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resource functions and administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop.
- Willingness to complete a minimum of 400 internship hours.
- No allowance provided; this internship is for training and corporate job experience.
