JOB TITLE: Sales Encoder
REPORTS TO: Senior Accountant
JOB SUMMARY:
A sales encoder is in charge of correctly documenting sales transactions in a company's system. This involves inputting data from invoices and receipts, processing orders, and keeping sales records. This position also entails ensuring data correctness, creating sales reports, and providing administrative assistance to the sales department. Key responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, correcting problems, and aiding with activities such as inventory monitoring.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in ang degree.
At least 1 (one) year of working experience in the related field or position.
Good written and oral communication skills, proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets and attentive to details.
Team player but can work independently with minimal supervision.
Deadline oriented
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Check sales paperwork for completeness and correctness, and discuss any discrepancies or problems with the sales team.
Handle and process sales orders, forms, and requests efficiently.
Maintain and update sales records, arrange information, and store properly for simple retrieval.
Prepare and submit frequent sales reports and summaries for management or client approval.
Provide general administrative assistance to the sales department as needed.
In some roles, this may involve visiting client sites or branches to collect sales data.
