Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and technically skilled People Systems Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance our HR technology ecosystem. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for Dayforce and other people systems, ensuring data integrity, seamless integrations, and an exceptional user experience across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and technical point of contact for Dayforce configuration changes and updates.
  • Ensure timely resolution of HR technology issues through troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and escalation when needed.
  • Maintain data integrity across all HCM systems and monitor integrations to and from various platforms.
  • Oversee administrative HR system functions including security, business process configuration, integrations, and system upgrades.
  • Provide day‑to‑day application support for break/fix incidents and user issues across Dayforce and additional systems such as Skilljar, Recognize, Betterworks, and Beekeeper.
  • Develop and generate custom reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR and organizational decision‑making.
  • Analyze workforce data trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Support compliance reporting needs including EEO, ACA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Implement solutions and fixes for configuration, file feed, and system issues.
  • Maintain HCM security roles, permissions, and overall role configuration.
  • Partner with HR and Shared Services teams to develop user procedures, guidelines, and training materials.
  • Deliver training sessions to users on system functionality and process updates.
  • Act as the primary contact for inquiries and issues related to people systems.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to streamline and automate HR processes.
  • Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve the user experience.
  • Lead or support HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, and system implementations.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with the Ceridian Dayforce application.
  • At least 4 years of HRIS administration and configuration experience.
  • 2 years of experience leading HR or HRIS‑related projects.
  • Experience designing and developing custom reporting preferred.
  • Technical experience with HCM systems, with functional knowledge of HR, Payroll, Talent Management, ATS, Onboarding, and Benefits.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to partner effectively with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with backend technologies such as APIs and web services is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
