The Data Analyst will support the Data Team by transforming raw data into meaningful insights that guide operational and strategic decisions across the company. This role is essential in improving system performance, tracking KPIs, supporting solar project analytics, and enhancing data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Processing

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources.
  • Maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting tools used by different departments.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze data trends related to sales, operations, solar system performance, customer behavior, and business metrics.
  • Develop data models, forecasts, and visualizations to support business decisions.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management and different business units.

Business Support

  • Collaborate with multiple teams such as Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to understand their data needs.
  • Recommend business process improvements based on analytical findings.
  • Support efficiency and automation projects within the Data Team.

Tools & Technology

  • Develop and maintain dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Metabase).
  • Use SQL and other data manipulation tools for querying and processing large datasets.
  • Assist in system integration and data migration projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a technology, energy, or solar-related company.
  • Proficient in SQL, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in Python or R is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks.
