The Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in driving operational efficiency by analyzing supply chain data and monitoring performance metrics to support cost-effective decision-making. This position acts as a liaison between Sales and Logistics, ensuring smooth end-to-end processes and identifying opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies. The analyst contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and supports strategic planning across departments.

Your scope of responsibility shall include:

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day business operations and resource allocation.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory and supply chain activities.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to track order fulfillment and delivery performance.
  • Recommend timely solutions for demand-related issues and customer service challenges.
  • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies to meet customer expectations.
  • Prepare and present reports for KPIs, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), and other strategic meetings.
  • Update weekly Customer Service Level (CSL) reports and suggest improvement plans.
  • Draft monthly reports detailing sales achievements, challenges, and proposed actions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications/ Experience:

  • A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
  • With a 1–2 years of relevant work experiencein operations, supply chain, or inventory management is preferred, but fresh graduates with proven academic background and internship experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain processes is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate effectively across departments.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
