Job Summary: The Senior Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy and performance of the organization. This position involves advanced financial analysis, strategic planning, and providing insights to senior management to support decision-making processes. The Senior Finance Analyst will also mentor junior analysts and collaborate across departments to ensure financial goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives.

• Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, to senior management and stakeholders.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

• Data Management: Oversee the maintenance and improvement of financial databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand and analyze the financial impact of business activities and initiatives.

• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support senior management in strategic decision-making. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA certification is required.

• Proven experience as a finance analyst, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

• Leadership and mentorship abilities, with experience in guiding and developing junior team members.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
