Customer Service Representative

Qualifications
- Senior High School Graduate (K-12) or at least 2nd-year college level
(Old curriculum not accepted)
- Preferably with at least 6 months of BPO/call center experience
- Applicants without experience may still be considered based on qualifications and communication skills
- Experience in voice accounts preferred
- Non-voice experience also welcome if communication skills are excellent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration ability
- Ability to identify customer concerns and offer real-time, creative solutions
- Capable of multitasking (e.g., documenting while on a call)
- Willing to render overtime work when needed
Compensation Package
- Up to ₱26,000 total package
(Exact offer will depend on length of tenure as an agent and qualifications)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php26,000.00 per month
