Responsibilites:

  • Check and review service agreements, supplementary contracts, and addenda for accuracy.
  • Review and initial approved documents (SCA, CSA, Client's Preferred Provisions).
  • Monitor team production output and contract processing status
  • Coordinate with Legal for provision review and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Draft and finalize supplementary contracts and SAAFs.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports.
  • Facilitate routing, follow-ups, and client communications regarding agreements.
  • Conduct onboarding/orientations for new hires and other departments.
  • Escalate unresolved issues and risks
  • Standard Responsibility Statements
  • Uphold the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure adherence to applicable laws and internal policies.
  • Apply Process Approach and Risk-Based Thinking in operations.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

  • Exposure to insurance products, benefits structures, and actuarial pricing principles.
  • Familiarity with contract law, including indemnity, warranties, liabilities, and enforcement.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts (e.g., NDAs, Service Agreements, MOAs).
  • Understanding of relevant industry regulations (insurance, pensions, or related sectors).
