Specifics:

  • Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or any related course.
  • With at least 6 months experience in recruitment processes.
  • Must be proactive and has fresh ideas in pooling candidates.
  • Willing to work on-site with shifting schedules on Saturdays.
  • Can handle pressure.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.

Role:

  • Posting of vacancies in different online platforms.
  • Conduct screening, invitations, examination and initial interview to qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding status of their requests.
  • Endorsing of qualified candidates to department heads for final interview.
  • Provide feedback to all candidates after their interview process via email.
  • Provide suggestions to department on how to further improve the recruitment processes.
  • Willing to do fieldwork such as job fair, guerilla and/or flyering approach to nearby areas.
  • Must be willing to do rotational duties if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
