Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Source candidates through databases, referrals, networking, and recruitment activities.
  • Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Support the onboarding process and assist with new hire documentation.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR; experience in technical recruitment and hiring IT roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage confidential information with integrity.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Willing to work evening shifts .
