Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor & Contractor Management:Build and manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and suppliers, negotiating terms for cost, quality, and time.
  • Budget & Cost Control:Prepare and review cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to control project costs and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Process Optimization:Streamline procurement processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency for projects.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with architects, project managers, and supply chain teams to ensure the seamless execution of the design vision.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise:A degree in Architecture or a related engineering field is often required.
  • Construction Knowledge:Experience in construction projects, including understanding technical documents and procurement practices.
  • Financial Acumen:Ability to prepare cost estimates, review bids, and negotiate for favorable deals.
