About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Architect who is knowledgeable not only in architectural design but also in structural coordination, project estimation, preparation of BOM & BOQ, and overall project supervision. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare architectural designs, plans, and detailed drawings based on project requirements.
  • Create and review Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for accurate cost estimation.
  • Coordinate with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers to ensure design and construction compatibility.
  • Attend and lead project meetings, bidding sessions, and on-site inspections.
  • Handle and participate in bidding and procurement processes for contractors, suppliers, and project requirements.
  • Supervise ongoing construction to ensure adherence to plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Assist in preparing project schedules, progress reports, and other technical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Building Code and other regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to address design changes and technical concerns.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Architect (required)
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience in construction and architectural design
  • Knowledgeable in structural coordination, estimation, BOM, and BOQ preparation
  • Experience in bidding and procurement processes is highly preferred
  • Proficient in architectural and construction software:
  • AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, MS Project, or equivalent
  • Strong project management, leadership, and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Willing to conduct site visits and attend project meetings as needed

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

  • Familiarity with project scheduling and cost control tools
  • Knowledgeable in construction safety and quality control standards

Other notes:

  • 8am to 5pm, 6x a week onsite
  • Php per day, weekly payout every Saturday
  • Location: Cubao, Quezon City
