JOB SUMMARY:

Power Dimension Inc. (PDI) is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Architect to oversee construction coordination for its upcoming office fit-out at One Vertis Plaza. This role will ensure that design intent—developed and managed by PDI and consultants—is faithfully executed on-site, with seamless coordination across trades, consultants, and suppliers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead construction coordination and site implementation of the office fit-out project.
  2. Interface with PDI's internal design and procurement teams to align execution with approved plans and Owner-Supplied Materials (OSM).
  3. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and building management to ensure the timely delivery and installation of works.
  4. Review and validate shop drawings, construction schedules, and material submittals.
  5. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve design-related issues during construction.
  6. Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety regulations, and permit requirements.
  7. Maintain project documentation, including site reports, punch lists, and progress updates.
  8. Support integration of OSM into the construction schedule and installation sequence.
  9. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and post-handover support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. A graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
  2. Licensed Architect in the Philippines (PRC)
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial interior fit-outs, preferably in office environments.
  4. Possesses a strong technical proficiency in construction detailing and site coordination.
  5. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.
  6. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  7. Experience working with developers, building management, and regulatory bodies.
  8. Familiarity with One Vertis Plaza's building guidelines is a plus.
  9. Experience managing OSM integration and fast-track construction.
  10. Must be willing to work in Quezon City.
  11. Must be willing to start immediately/ASAP.
  12. One (1) Fixed-Term contract is available.
