Job Purpose​

The Project Manager delivers key technology projects and initiatives from initiation toclosure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with businessobjectives. Plays a critical role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing projectscope, and ensuring effective communication and governance throughout the projectlifecycle. ​

Minimum Qualifications ​

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field ​
  • 3 years of experience related to the role (exp in end-to-end projects or programs across the full lifecycle, handling cross-functional teams and vendor, background in managing IT, digital transformation or infra projects, exp in budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking)​​

  • Technical and Functional Skills​

  • Strong knowledge of Project Management methodology (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)​

  • Proficiency in PM Tools (MS Project, Hira, Trello, Asana, Smartsheet)​

  • Familiarity with MS and project dashboards for reporting​

  • Understanding business Analysis, change management, requirements gathering, workload automation process, procedures and practices.​​

  • Leadership and Communication​

Work Arrangement​

  • Mon to Fri | 9 AM to 6 PM​
  • Hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite in 10th floor, Podium West Tower, 12 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City)​
  • No work on holidays but depending on the project​
