WE ARE HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER (Construction Design Fit-Out)

Axon Construction Inc., a fast-growing construction build and fit-out company, is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver turnkey construction and interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent technical knowledge, outstanding coordination skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle project management: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Controlling, and Closing.
  • Manage project budgets ranging from ₱10M to ₱100M and ensure all operational, financial, and timeline targets are met.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Oversee site operations from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
  • Handle resource planning (manpower, materials, equipment) based on project requirements and budget limits.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation including schedules, progress reports, and billing requirements.
  • Conduct site meetings, client walkthroughs, status reviews, and regulatory coordination.
  • Manage project risks, issue resolution, and escalation to senior management when needed.
  • Facilitate procurement: negotiating vendor contracts, ordering materials, and monitoring inventory.
  • Supervise site teams and ensure seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Fit Out Project Manager handling mid- to large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Can be assigned within NCR or outside NCR
